Group Tennis Lesson - Monday to Friday (1.5 hrs each)
- It includes high energy drills comprised of competitive games, new techniques for developing shots and strategies.
- One and half hours of intense training on court, with a max of 4 players per coach.
- This program is particularly for the tournament preparation, match play, tactics, biomechanics & footwork with special focus on match analysis & pattern of play.
- It includes a variety of game-specific drills and, most importantly to hit lots of balls!

Individual Tennis Lesson - Monday to Friday (45 mins each)
- This class is designed for players who are interested in refining their strokes and going back to basic shot situations to help reinforce shot strategies for singles and doubles.
- One hour of personalized coaching on court.
- Specialized One-on-One program for players who need personal attention and technical changes.
- It includes video analysis of strokes, diagnosis & stroke correction with special attention on concentration.

| Group Fitness Lesson - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday (1 hr each) |
- One hour of group fitness under supervised trainers include:
- Dynamic & Tennis Specific Warm-up exercises and Run Form Drills.
- On Court Movements and Agility Training.
- Endurance, Speed, Speed-endurance, Flexibility Training on field.
- Resistance Training, Movement exercises (Cardio), Balance, Core Stability in Gym.
- Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation.
- Yoga

Recovery Sessions - Wednesday & Saturday (1 hr each)
- Recovery is an important aspect of each players training.
- Sessions include Sauna, Steam, Jacuzzi, Hydrotherapy, Ice Baths, self massage, etc.
- We have found by intorducing these sessions in to our program that players injury rates have reduced significantly.
- Using the above recovery methods injury rehabilitation is accelerated.

Match Play Sessions - Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday
- Supervised matches are organized in 2 hour blocks for match practice against variety of players.
- Tuesdays and Thursdays are Themed sessions, coaches interact with the players during the match. Coaches on court.
- Saturdays, players compete in a round robin / ladder format. Match results are recorded with individual reports on match analysis. (Singles and Doubles)

Player Development Meeting/ Lectures - Wednesday (1 hr each)
- Off court lectures are conducted on weekly basis, providing the players with an opportunity of learning the theoritical aspects of the game.
- Topics covered include nutrition, tournament preparation, developing mental toughness (improving confidence, concentration, visualisation, etc.).
- Talks by Physiotherapist, Sports Psychologist, Sports Nutritionist, Doctor and Coaches.
